Because your opposite behavior may cause the development of habits in these pets, then infiltrate through the open doors into the villa, causing harm to both themselves and the villa.
Smoking should definitely not be allowed in the areas of our villa. Sensitive smoke detectors are placed in the rooms. After this is determined, an additional fee of 500€ will be charged for the delicate cleaning works to be carried out to eliminate the smell of cigarettes. Apart from this ban, our guests can only smoke in the open terrace areas on the ground floor and attic.
All items in the villa, pillows, sheets, quilts, towels, bathrobes, dinner sets, beverage sets, decoration objects, auxiliary household appliances are recorded. The owner has the right to demand compensation in case of missing some items, damage to fixed items, broken plates, glasses and glasses for entertainment purposes.
It is forbidden to bring and use all kinds of flammable, dangerous or objectionable materials and drug materials of the kind prohibited by law. In addition, gambling, illegal property trade, e-commerce fraud, hacking, prostitution-based acts constitute the subject of crime according to our criminal laws. Our guests will be responsible for all material damages and legal penalties that may arise from these.
We follow environmentally friendly policies in our activities in the villa. For this purpose, environmental impact assessment is carried out in the provision of services, in the realization of maintenance, in the selection of products and materials. In the continuation of this policy, our guests are expected to contribute to us and nature by reducing and separating domestic waste, saving energy, reducing water consumption, using cleaning chemicals at the least level. When our guests go out of the villa; all the lighting fixtures controlled by the key, power sources, especially the air conditioners that draw high energy, closing the windows and doors of the rooms, not leaving the faucets open, not polluting the pool water, towels, armchairs with sun oil will provide valuable contributions to us.
The check-out time of our guests from the villa is 10:00. For a new entry on the same day, the necessary cleaning work should be sensitive to this issue so that they do not take the risk.
